To ensure a smooth and transparent reservation process, please review our policies below.
Payment and Authorization
A major credit or debit card is required to secure all reservations. While card details are collected online to hold your reservation, payment will be processed upon arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Pre-authorization: The cost of one night’s stay will be pre-authorized on your provided card two days prior to your arrival date.
- Taxes: All website pricing excludes the 8% tax rate. Government employees who are tax-exempt must present a valid exemption form upon check-in.
Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellations or modifications to your reservation must be made at least two days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid being charged the full room rate.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: Standard check-in is between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Guests anticipating a late check-in are kindly requested to contact the front desk in advance to make arrangements.
- Check-out: Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Requests for late check-out must be discussed and approved by the front desk.
No-Shows
In the event that a guest does not arrive for their reservation and fails to notify us of a cancellation, the full amount of the reserved stay will be charged.
Phone Reservations
All reservations made over the phone are subject to the same terms and conditions as outlined above.
