Reservation policy / Terms and Conditions
A major credit/debit card is required to secure your stay – you may pay with an alternate payment method at check in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Payment isn’t processed online. Final charges are made at arrival. 1 night cost is pre-authorized two days before your arrival. Tax Rate – Website pricing is excluding tax which is 8%. Government workers, that are tax exempt are required to present exemption form. Cancellations or modifications must be made 2 days prior to the date to avoid FULL room charges. Check in between 1 pm and 8 pm. Late check ins need to be discussed with the front desk. Check out is at 11 am. Late checkout need to be discussed with the front desk. If a guest does not arrive and honor their reservation, or contact us to cancel, they will be charged for the full amount of the stay. Reservations made over the phone must follow the same policy.
